For any unassuming public, its generally OK. Always park in discreet spot away from as much public sight as possible.

I do it in car 100%, in places of open car park, MSCP, roadside, day and night. Never got caught.

Bro, next time try outside the car. 100% inside car also boring la. Try a standing doggy at the boot of the car.... totally naked. Quite an experience.
