Few things to take note of.

1) If it is genuine, TS should be able to get an investor easily from his own contact. There is no need to source for one here.
2) Source of ladies, Tua Pek Kong, lodging are the key here. Not too sure of the cost but should not cost too much.
3) Never part $$$ with strangers especially such deals. If he runs with the $$$, there is no way you can get back legally. Reason I said that is cos I ever loan a small amount to a friend who claimed he have everything in place. Yet he disappeared after few weeks. Zero contact now.

Please do your due diligence before parting your hard earned $$$.

Actually I'm aware there's actually no capital required if I really want to go into this business. The vast majority of the foreign girls in Dome 3 pay for their own hotel, condoms, lubricants and some even the towels. So all that is really needed is the recruitment and the daily arrangements - which I can probably do myself if I wanted to.

I have my doubt. If he have all the tools to start, he can approach many people around him and not strangers in the forum. I think some brothers here have also highlighted. Ask any OKTs. I think they needs more Tua Pekong than investors.
