Bro, all there in tg pgr blk 1-7, dun expect syt lar....the only place you can get below 3b meaning 3b for full w/o entrance is tge viet at blk 1 corner. Td and ns got entrance fee, try if you can get below 3b...i salute you

At times just have to chiong more holes. Gain experience. From 3b to 2b~2b+2r, especially those with entrance, to maybe 1b+1r to 1b+3r for those just to chiong holes only.

Dont ask me how as i also yet to archive the lowest cos at times i also pay 3b(no entrance). Lowest i archive is 1b+4r.

If chance allow, i would like to go for those 1b+1r(time limit ones). Lolx..... since at times the intention also not there to massage... haha

Actually dont really need much nego skills. For me, just know the "market rate" or the rate that I am willing to pay. Have thick skin (helps when I am still wearing a mask whenever I go out) and determination to walk away if the price is not right...

Also make it a point to have the exact amount in your wallet and no ATM cards around too...Once you walk away to withdraw money, the mood may actually die off...
