Bro your situation is not bad la considered you still have some savings, is single and not much family commitment, and have a flat that you can rely on for income.
I would suggest rent out your empty rooms for income, and do some part time work, cos full time job not so easy to take leave. Then u can still go thailand and enjoy.

I considered renting out rooms but I have OCD and find it hard to live with others. I am delivering grab food now. Not much but enough to cover cai png lunch and dinner.

Now need a way to find some substantial money to go back Thailand

your 4 room flat should be able to fetch S$4k a month rental before maintainence and taxes, in this market.

should be able to rent in thailand and live a decent life there.
If want better quality of life, move to chiangmai instead. a lot more cheaper and still have girls more than you can ever play in your lifetime.
