I am watching porn and XXX almost everyday for the last 20+ years. However, not like younger days, I watch it just for the thrill without DIY.

Is this normal at all? How often do you guys watch porn?

There’s a valid saying: if you can go just 1 week without watching porn or masturbating, it should still be quite alright. Now if you think this would be hard and unable to do it, they you are most like have an addiction, which in turn are not healthy for a long run.

I don’t think you are “sick” per say, different people might have their own personal condition or life/work/relationship difficulties of their own, which they may initially find porn & masturbation as an outlet of relief & as to why they love porn etc, who are we to judge right?

Overall, I think a healthy amount of porn & Xxx, may be normal to those who are naturally sexually active, but if you feel “withdrawal” if not watching porn or masturbation for a couple of days or a week... then it might not be healthy anymore haha, but I don’t think you are sick, as we don’t really know what you are dealing in life throughout your upbringing or the situation you were facing that leads you to porn in the first place.

Anyway, don’t keep what I said in heart just my thoughts & by no means judging. Stay safe brotha.

If you can go without porn for a day or two and not crave it, then you're OK.

I receive porn daily in my social media feed, and through whatsapp, telegram. I glance through them and keep the nice ones, but I don't crave seeing it .

Incessant porn can heighten expectations to unreasonable levels, turning every sexual encounter to a disappointing one.

In real life, we guys cannot perform like porn stars and the gals (usually) can't match porn standards as well.
