There's no way to verify. Before you start, ask yourself what is the risk level you are willing to take and mentally prepare yourself for the worst case scanario. You may want to start with HJ first before proceeding on to the more hardcore stuff. Just keep in mind the risk is always there, and do the right thing instead of running away if you suay suay kena anything.
