True. On top of this, still need to serve 7 days SHN upon returning back to Singapore too.

Most likely Singaporean have to wait until March to be able to travel to Batam without quarantine requirement there and SHN requirement here. With SHN requirement here and travel only allow within the resort area there, no point of spending so much to go there unless you're going there for beach not girls.

On top of your top, there is the question "what if the PCR test is positive before going back to Singapore?"
I feel like hybernated. I want to see the Horizon Ferry desk at Harbour Front as before. I want to go back and forth hassle-free as before.

Sorry Horizon Ferry desk in HF closed since April 2019.
Moving freely between Sg and Btm without hassle wouldn't be happening soon. So keep on hibernating till further notice.

Agreed, furthermore can only go to Nongsa Resort, not everywhere in Batam. May not be able to book a girl there.
