To us, it seems like a tough job with low pay, it's still substantial than if they stay in their countries, they may either not get a job or a job that's even lower than ours.
Taking care of old folks of ours can be very tough both physically as well as mentally. Especially those that are paralysed, handicapped or suffer from later stages of dementia.
