Issue with IPA for performance artist

All bros,

Need your help to advise. i have a friend with gone performance artist. A upon arrival into singapore, she holding on the IPA( In principle approval) which allow her to stay in Singapore for 14days before collecting her pass.

But about 12day her company told her to go back china due to the company having some issue with MOM. and the company promise to cancel her IPA once she return. But up to now her IPA was not cancel. She found another company with willing to apply for her the Performace artist for her to come back. But due to her currently IPA was not cancel, the new company cannot apply for her.

Do any bros know how should i do now.

I called up MOM and told them about this issue, MON CRO only tell me to tell my friend to write Email to the ask for cancellation. But pls lor she from china where got know how to write email to MOM.

so all BROs pls advise me what to do next thanks.
