You can't. There simply isn't enough demand to support a centralised market for African girls. Your best bet is to go bar or club hopping, and try to pick up girls there. Even then, Africans are extremely rare here so you'd be disappointed most nights.

I don't know where to find African WLs in Singapore, but as I explained in another thread (http://sbf.rocks/showpos...0&postcount=23), there are tons of them in Bangkok, so you can enjoy them when you next visit the Thai capital of vice. It's only 1hr+ away :-)

If you just want to go to a club, as others said, Brix has the largest variety I've seen. Standard FL there is 200 for up to about 2 hrs. Lots of silicone. Same price as the average FL in the Orchard area but Brix ones seem to rush off.
