Recently, there was a documentary on sperm quality in Channel New Asia. The study was done in Europe, can’t remember which country. The men were having low sperm count and genetically damaged sperms so they have a problem making babies. The men were divided into 3 groups with and were put on different diets over a 3 week period
One group was placed on a seafood diet, another on a meat diet and the last group on a vegetables and fruit diet.
Guess what the result was? The group on the vegetables and fruit diet had the best improvement. This was because vegetables and fruits contain anti-oxidant and repairs cells and tissues.
The study also concluded that eating seafood does not contribute to a higher libido. So if you want concentrated and good sperm quality eat more vegetables and fruits.

Bro studies had shown that eating Figs (Wu Hua Guo) will increase sperm count. Eat them dried , preserved or fresh will do the trick.

Threadstarter, there are many food that can increase sperm production. I read your post over and over again, I suppose you are asking about increasing quality of sperm right?

However, if you are asking about sperm cum (as in ‘quantity’) it may be different from what you are enquiring for leh.
