Then suddenly ask me to hj myself because another customer is waiting downstairs. I looked at the time and it’s only 11:15!

Giving up after half an hour and then ask u do hj yourself is already damn fucked up. 15 mins is really another level of not giving a shit.

Never pay upfront, bro. Before you confirm any appointments, check if the services you desire are indeed available and if you are expected to pay upfront. If in doubt, walk away. Sorry to hear about your lousy experience.
