high intensity exercises work best for me. like up hill sprints and low rep heavy weight lifting. usually feel totally drained after a session. endurance exercises don't seem to work for me.
diet wise i think shellfish and prawns makes a huge difference. you might want to try. caloric deficit helps to lose weight but it also reduces your bedroom performance. so if you gonna have some action that day, eat enough carbs.
getting enough sleep also helps. saf 7hr rule. sounds simple but hard to accomplish for me. the effect is real for an insomniac like me.

Yeah bro, the session always have to start with massage first. So for longer JG, u can opt for 90 mins which is just nice for me.
