Normally if book one day in advance should be okay unless she went out/play MJ and didn't check phone... though that was about 3 weeks to 1 month back since I dropped her.

So I booked this today based on the above recommendation. To my surprise, her replies were fast and slots were widely available. Perhaps my effort to chiong diligently finally paid off.

Location: Parallel parks everywhere, discreet and quiet. Do not think it is convenient for public transport.
