C commented not to sell the bad item anymore. After sometime, C willing to purchase another item from A. However, A is unwilling to sell because of C remarks being made previously. C is not happy that every customer have to bow to OKT in order for booking to be done. There should be a balance between OKT and customers. What I’m trying to explain is that the general behavioural pattern now is not working towards driving a competitive market.
