exchange rate as of today at 1500 hrs local time here
exchange rate may defer from other places

100 USD = 2,150,000 Dong
100 SGD = 1,680,000 Dong

Normally i go to A Gold jewellery shop in vung tau,
Name of shop : Kim Hien Thong Phuong
So 70 - 72 Trung Trac F.1 - TP. Vung Tau...

Copied the above address from a Name card that i was given.
Hope this info helps for bro who are going or are in Vung Tau already..

I changed some USD at an authorized money changer which was inside the Tourist Information Center ... The rate for USD was VND21,500 ... For SGD, it was VND16,800 ... hmmmm ... I reckon one shld be able to get better rates at those gold jewellery shops around Ben Thanh Market ba ...
