Terrible game at anfield tdy...nuff said...

not because this is a sure win game and we drew the match but most of the players are out of sorts at home..
Cissoko needs to be replaced...my opinion, he has to be the worst defender of all time in Liverpool jersey after finnan...

Jason McAteer said we didn't deserve anything from this game. Frankly I think we should be contented we got a point.

Villa dominated us for the first 25 mins. They could hv easily gone 3 up by HT.

Did BR small see Villa and adopted the strong strategy, as the guest commentators discussed last night?

If Sturridge did not pull a goal back just before HT would we be finished?

Was Pool lucky to be awarded a debatable penalty?

Alamak ... Y can't we display the same kind of fighting spirit n grit against Stoke last week?

I'm bitterly relieved we scraped a point. We could hv lost all 3.

Cissokho is 3rd choice after Enrique and Flanagan. We don't need better fullbacks. We just need our 1st and 2nd choice left fullback to recover fast. Cissokho offers very little offensively.

I think it's sad that we have yet to buy any players. We are leading at Christmas with such a thin squad. Why doesn't FSG see that this is the best year for us to get back into the CL? Can't we find anyone we can sign on loan? Surely there are good players who are worried about missing out on their countries' world cup squads right?

No one is perfect..... including BR...... he got the strategy wrong but at least he was able to see his mistake and retify it in the 2nd half.

The problem in last night's game was there was a "hole" in front of our backline which AV exploited fully....... Gerrard was supposed to cover that "hole" but unfortunately that is not his forte hence Liverpool paid the price for it.

The Sun are reporting that Liverpool's top transfer target wants to move to Anfield and the only thing holding up the deal is the fact that the two clubs cannot agree upon a fee.

Basel want somewhere in the region of £16m for the Egyptian winger, but Liverpool were hoping to land him for around half of that figure.

Liverpool are not the only club who have made an offer for Salah, but it is understood that he has set his sights on joining Liverpool this month.

My detest for manure aside, this club needs a classy and reputable mgr than a sub-std mgr to be in-charge....sadly to say, this goes to us as well.

A draw would have been d ideal result but too bad, manure was too poor last night. Their defense was shredded into pieces. And what a shame a has-been by the name of Eto even scored a hat-trick! Our only consolation is seeing manure beaten soundly n hopefully finish the season outside Top 10.
