compared to their ktv days where one customer tip them 100$ = 5 room equal 500$ one night and only come back sit with you for 5-10 mins, they didnt have to "work" much. consider it easy money somewhat.
Now, they really have to work for it cos is 1v1 for one hour.
many of them feel they are too "good" for this line.
