Extremely low chance of picking up a girl without a car. The car is requirement for them to provide the service, afterall. Of all the time I have been to CV, there was only a single time that a sister was willing to engage me without a car. She said we could go to the toilets at the boat centre but there is a security guard there ... so at your own risk.
