Don’t need to be sad, TS. I’m same like you. I don’t intend to get marriage, just living with my parents for now. When they die, I will inherit the house, I will then rent out almost all the rooms for rental money. I now will save up, invest, just being a workaholic, gyming, fking and studying only.
