Did a search on this on youtube.. i think they just replace the spongy tissue in the penis with some sort of liquid filling tube.. need to store the pump inside balls.. bright side of it.. you can simply just get erect anytime you wan and somehow you are always at your erected length.
imagine bionic penis can have sex all day long.
something else which i don't see is how the head part becomes erect..
