From my experience outcall and FL's are very hit and miss, not worth the risk, but if you're travelling to KL one of the best nightlife spots is actually Sri Hartamas - area is quite safe and easy to walk around in as it's a more high end neighborhood with alot of expats, but there's also an extremely high concentration of massage parlors - ranging from legit joints that offer extras to B2B and FJ joints. Just walk in and literally ask what they offer, some will be up front about their "packages" but if it's a thai massage parlor you'll have to pay up front for the massage and then settle any extras with the ML yourself.
