Im moving towards mid 40s.
I still have the urge to fuck. But the erection is definitely not as good as 20s. I believe it is a combination of physical and mental wellness to keep in shape. Usually I spend more time in resting and exercising. Walking between bus stops is good actually.
I dunn usually take supplement as I dunn really trust processed "food". We dunn know what is used to process the pills. However I do have some "dick supplements" with me for emergency purposes. Bo bian needs them for my ego and my partners' satisfaction.
