More Than Zero Reputations Power Points Needed To "Up" People
Hello Mods,
Please confirm something for me.
A brother just told me that if I have zero reputation power points, any brother or sister who is upped by me still gets zero reputations points.
It is only after I achieved 1 reputation power points and more, then any brother or sister who is upped by me will receive reputation points from me.
Is this true?
If it is true, then why does the adding reputation button appear when I have zero reputation power?
Shouldn't the adding reputation button appear only when I have one reputation power and more?
