In my 3.5 yrs in Tokyo (and i still jet there for work regularly), not once was i able to pick up any Japanese chick...must be the look. (I'm 1.88m and don't look any inch Japanese). Although that saying, ironically, not being able to pick up the local chicks turned out well as the hot expats and models there more than made up for the disappointment.
