Nolah, bro...First one is silap one coz pay lebih kat OKT but second one macam kena cheat lah bro.I know is 40 but some OKT ask lebih lebih lah..How to prevent kena tipu..Next time try to get standard rate loh..SOriloh but this is my experience only..
