Damn long time ago, some of the FLs will receive "orientation"  before they start work which is why service level supposedly consistent and seem better for some. |
There's actually massage schools in China where MLs pay to learn HJ/Massage skills there.. and supposedly the orientation involves them being test-driven by selected lucky customers
