Got cuts then better be careful. Years back when i only go spa+hj. Also once have white stuff and urine smelly, penis also a little pain. I went to see doc, he said maybe some infection caught somewhere. Ask me to regularly wash with the skin down, saying at times urine trap benigh may result in infection too. Gave a cream to apply on outer skin to reduce rash in case itch. Recover after like within a week?
So better go see a doc and seek some advise
