You are going to work so your work takes you to which city...

Hanoi is the Capitol with all the grand old architectural buildings...and still can find fun but not so easy to travel around...unless you dun mind to hang around the bars in Old Quarters amd the lake Hoan Kiem...hanoi air quality os bad recently and raned second worst in Asia after Jakarta...

Hcm is more business centric and modern...travel is easier and shorter across districts...of course can access to night life and entertainment ust within the district 1...hcm air quality is moderate....
