Its in Gangnam.
Take the orange line to Yangjae station. Exit 3, walk northwards for 500m until the main intersection. You will see the AIA building. Make a right turn and walk along Dogok-ro, for a further 200m. There's a sign in English which says "Cool".
Belle is yet another 100m down the road, on the opposite side of the road, at the junction of Dogok-ro and Dogok-ro 8-gil.
(Dogok-ro faces roughly east-west. Cool is on the north side, Belle on the south)
