The CAT300 may be Divison 2 grade by China standard and their selling point is their youth, good bod and looks but not necessary with solid svc.
The OKT will never be able to get China Divison 1 WL due to the obvious which some bruddars and I have already touched on earlier. To put things in perspective, the CAT150 WL oredi have ppl willing to bao and many ang pai earning S$20k per month or more even though they are onli Div 3 grade by China std. Tis clearly illustrates that majority of the punters here still find the current stable acceptable in the looks department.
Therefore, in conclusion, CAT300 concept will not be feasible and viable in GL.

Agree bro. The OKT will not be able to get the PRC Division 1 WLs as mentioned. They will not come here.

Perhaps the OKT can try charging $250 or $300 for 1.5 or 2 hours minimum per booking for PRC Div 2 WLs with vgood svc.
Although the rate is the same per hour but the WL need only serve 1 instead of 2 customers.
Customers can get better svc from a PRC Div 2 WL for that price.
Longer time will also enhance the overall experience with more detailed svc.
She need to serve less customers in this case.
