I've given up trying to understand pinay mentality cos one can go insane with pinay logic...these days I just see what comes up & decide what to do there & then.
A couple of things I can say with certainty is that amongst those without good college degrees, the vast majority of them want a kid. Husband or boyfriend if she has, well its a bonus, but the child is the key to her having a good old age (or so they think)
The other is that they don't mind if the child's dad is a pinoy or foreigner...
