LHL = Lian Hua Lu (Lotus Road) A famous street in GongBei for the wrong reasons. Used to have lotsa FLs there.....now I think maybe GongAn....

CAT 2/8/10 = Pricing of KTV MMs. First digit is sitting fee. 2nd digit one shot fee. 3rd digit overnight fee.
2/8/10 means RMB200/RMB800/RMB1000.
