bro... there's few threads on ap-num and pubs and disco.
read them thru and pick out a few lah.. dun be lazy.
it's quite difficult to recommend as u only have 4days there and of cos u want to make full use of it. everyone's got different taste and chionging style.
but going by the "standard" schedule that bro Tirak69 has put up, i suggest u write a list of of maybe 2places for each type of joint u wanna go. as time IS a constraint in traffic-jammed Bkk, u can't possibly check out all the joints in one nite.
time will be wasted and opportunity to get gals if u go to a place, and cannot find a suitable one say at a ap-num joint, and then u go next place same thing happen..again this all individual taste, unless u are not that picky type.
there's always few gems in every place..so just hangout for a while and check out first lor.
