Life is like that lar. Some good with some bad, nothing is perfect in this world. It is not easy being a FL and of course our hard earned $$$ given to them for a good service. Forgive and forget and move on with life. Personally I think it is not nice breaking their rice bowl by indicating how bad is their service (IMHO), they may really need the $$$ for help. It is like someone breaking our rice bowl by complaining to our bosses.
