I have inform her of your "feedback" and she promised not to "dua" customers in future and she also claim that she not purposely but becoz she on code red so not feeling too well. Luckily you never book rooms in advance, but i understand your feelings; Time wasted going to the hotel and may not be able to get another FL to make up for the service. Sibei sian one.
Disclaimer: Although i have told her not to do it again, i cannot assure that such things will not happen again, since i am recommending as a friend and not her "mafu"
, So to play it safe, for the 1st encounter, pls wait for her at the lobby or nearby until sher arrive before going to book the room together. I have been practising this, especially for all 1st encounters.
