Well bro, sad to say that had always been the case. At a point, I can understand those OKTs/mafu "over-protective" measures. Wif so many people of different nationalities pass by and up them evryday, if they were to give superb services to each and evryone of them when they don even noe whether they're "clean" anot, wud certainly strike a fear in them. Tats y tat area is oni good for "window shopping" for those who olr know how the place works. For those foreign workers or tourists who dono their tis practices, I can oni say too bad. Just hope they don visit them again once they kana it for the 1st time.
Actually whether u r locals or bangla workers if u r looking for a quickie wif a pretty girl or just want to shoot out your "compressed" desires juice, they are the ones for you. Service wise, you can forget abt it unless u r damn lucky tat day to get a gem there. But well, chances r very very slim.
