Basic courtesy. For this incident, I will pass her. I find that some local FLs are already too much. Fly aeroplane all the time and don't even apologize even when they are late.

For those in which I am a regular with them, if they are late or need to cancel appts, they will still let me know and apologize. I can understand and will forgive them.

But for new FLs calling for the first time, I would not call again, ever.

The problem is when Karen called back to explain the brother"s handphone is off.
