i think cos 1431 OKT is super strict on timing. I tried 3 diff. WLs before and they all say the same thing. Exceed even by 1 min also kena bad scolding. The OKT son slightly more "relaxed" on timing.
hence, they will always come down early. I even kena by one of the WL, she just straightaway quick shower and went down first. Left me in the room to settle my post-sex shower, dressing.
Cos that time she still new, forget to keep track of time.
at least this is what I heard from the 3 of them, though I acknowledge we only pay for 60 mins, no more no less
