i only managed to return points twice and now i cannot find the 'balance scale' icon next to your post #. here's my neub questions (ironically from a 2005 user  ), pls don't flame as i don't login much:
- how many times can i up a bro per day?
- is there a cooling off period after i finish my up quota?
- i noticed i lost my +19 power when i login earlier and now it's back, how did i lose this power and i also have no clue how i got it back.
