Think that’s a different Tarawadee. The Tarawadee at Phattanakarn is a large standalone building, halfway between Sukhumvit & Suvarnabhumi airport. Got Youtube videos abt it. Think it has been around for 20+ years and always been upscale. I just revisited last month and it looks renovated w/ good biz, many nice cars in the big carpark. Most bros here don’t go there because of the distance, it can take 20-30 mins depending on traffic. Clientale is mostly Thai working or living in the suburbs there.
The set-up is more like an upmarket restaurant with dining tables near the couches where the ladies sit. Most people go in groups & hv dinner there, eating & drinking then choosing the ladies. Good alternative to Maria & BC, got some of that high end soapy grandeur at lower prices.
