Anyway, I agree with U-Da-Man about only having 6-ers and 7-ners in our midst. And it's been like this for a long, long time. Nothing new, and that's the reality. But it's adequate enough for visual acceptance for me. So that's why I focus on other qualities to heighten my experiences. I focus on the ML's work ethics, services skills and service provisions. So if you want to enjoy to the fullest here in Singapore, be prepared for ok looks, but raise your standards and requirements for the service and attitude they provide. This I have always done, and I have found absolute bliss and wonderful experiences with many many of them. So I'm a very happy man. Very!  
And one more thing, yes this is a largely unregulated forum so everyone has every right to do and say what they want. But this is also a community. People need to chill, ratings will always be subjective everyone has a different measurement ruler, no way you can be exactly the same. Some are lax, some are strict, just learn to read between the lines. Read enough reviews, be observant and if you are damn high standard kind then make sure you check until like mad, make sure majority of reviews say 9 points then you go lo, confirm no disappointment. If still disappointed then you are in the wrong game liao, better go find high class Ktv girls better.
But agree with Bro Kopiosteve la… this is a forum, free to air your views. Just do it respectfully and objectively no one will bother you too much, those who do you can’t do anything about it anyway, likely to come with an agenda. Do it nicely keep it fun and chill this will be a good place for all.
