Well, nobody wants to be intentional of course.
But if one is not feeling well, one should refrain from visiting anybody for that matter.
It's basic courtesy.
I'm not her WK. Not even her regular. Just feel that general health and hygiene is important and lots of common sense is needed.

So I don't think it's the particular bro who visited her while he is sick intentionally caused her to be sick.
