close contacts do not need to be quarantined. Only those tested positive have to. Knew a few couples sharing rooms which only 1 of them tested positive, the other is free to return to their own country.
10 day is the min quarantine period as mandated by thai govt. Diff hospitals may apply diff quarantine periods and depending on your condition. usually its 10-14 days.
