Ivy does not offer aj to just anybody.... from what I know she only allow a selected few the privilege.
And her price is a standard $50 without topups regardless of the services provided... whether 1 hole, 2 holes or 3 holes all is the same price.
Of course any voluntary tips is always welcome.
