We have a budget of 20,000 bhat (max) for studio rental (including utilities, management fee, cleaning etc). I will be staying alone, and I am looking for a place in city bangkok. Must be near to mrt train, and looks new and fully furnished.
Which area (or even apartment) will you recommend ?
Or what will be the budget to meet the above ?
