am afraid nope...all samsters can only up twice per day compared to the past up once per day...including Premium and Donors...
bear with me becos I always like to say in the past...there was an anniversary day where admin allow us to up multiple times (maybe was a mistake admin made) but still cannot give to the same nick more than once...
also there were one anniversary that boss gives indemnity to those under-moderation gets reversed back to green...
sad to say all these not repeated after Premium and Donor commenced...
