You can try Mixx for Russians or along Soi 4 I have seen some before. I have no experience with Mixx or Russians for a matter of fact but have heard stories that you can pick up from there.

For the Japanese/Korean looking girls head to Baccara at Soi Cowboy, or Twister and Rainbow 5 at Nana.
