Possible cause of closure are

1) 2 or more gals detected with STD during routine checkups

2) Operator did some hanky panky in his own place of business

3) Not following the operational procedures set up by AV

4) WL fighting with each other / customer complain

These are common causes of temporary closure of the joint, it's a way to censure the OKT to comply with AV rules as any closure means loss of income.
