Golden City Soul is along Samdach Sotheros Boulevard, road is near the Independence Monument and place is quite near to Sofitel.
The establishment is set in yellow paint, quite hard to miss because it looks like some huge mansion, entrance to it has a yellow overhead concrete signpost with it's name in English and Khmer.
Most places in Cambodia has a unit number but even the postman have problem identifying (I am exaggerating but you get the gist heh), so just travel down the road and look out for the overhead concrete signpost.
